In recognition of World Sight Day, Class Optical is proud to highlight its recent contributions to global vision care. As part of our ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we have actively supported the Special Olympics in Malta, collaborating with the OneSight Foundation and Essilor to provide essential eye care services to participating athletes.
During the event, we facilitated eye tests and supplied prescription spectacles to athletes. Our employees volunteered to dispense optical frames, ensuring each athlete received the correct eyewear. We also partnered with Essilor to deliver and mount customized prescription lenses to the athletes.
Beyond Malta, Class Optical has extended its CSR efforts to underserved communities in Africa. We have partnered with LTL S.P.A. to glaze lenses for communities in Senegal, where access to affordable vision care is limited. This initiative aims to meet the growing demand for eye care in underprivileged areas, ensuring that those in need receive essential support.
Through these initiatives, Class Optical continues to demonstrate its leadership in the optical industry and global health, striving to improve vision care for individuals around the world.
