Jonas Schrader

Jonas Schrader holds a Masters Degree in Psychology / Special Needs Education. He started off his working career as a teacher and later sought to apply his learned skills in a corporate context.

As the Head of Human Resources, Jonas is overseeing all aspects of Human Resources for the group of companies and works closely with the CEO and the Executive Team in formulating a people strategy that compliments the organisation’s corporate objective. 

His focus is set on promoting corporate values and enabling business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment changes, health and safety practices, talent management, evaluating employee relations, planning and implementing HR and H&S policies, programmes and practices.

In his spare time Jonas enjoys outdoor activities and particularly playing beach-volley.
