Alexia studied Marketing and Information Technology prior to starting a career in the optical retail arm of the company at the age of eighteen. Her notable interest for the Health and Beauty industry coupled with the eagerness to learn led her to attain years of invaluable retail and customer service expertise.

Alexia is a trainer for Luxottica University, delivering training on product knowledge, sales techniques and value enhancement.
