The Corporate Office is responsible for the decision making process, driving alignment and synergy, keeps abreast of the future, seeks efficiency to optimise performance and is committed to develop the workforce.
Revenue Generating Units
Our Board of Directors recommends direction, determines strategy, policies and authorises investment plans.
Class Optical is headed by a Board of Directors. Dr John C. Grech is non-executive chairman.
The directors are Robert Tua, Cyril Gabarretta, Maurice Zarb Adami and Kerstien Gabarretta.
Functional Units
The Functional Units provide support and expertise across the various functions and thereby freeing RGU’s to focus on optimising revenue streams.
Services include: Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Logistics and Information Technology.
